Thoughts:  Not a whole lot.  

3 - Full Clean Day 
1 - Took 3 grams of EPA/DHA in fish oil tabs (6)
1 - Got 7 hours of sleep 
1 - Active recovery 
1 - Hydration (72 oz) (I think I doubled this today)
1 - Worked out at CFSB
