WOD - 2.14.15

Front squat - 3x3x3 - 90lbs

5 ring rows 
10 push-ups 
15 squats
9 rounds + 5 rr + 7 pushups

Thoughts:  Front squat was way easier than it ever has been.  I think I could have easily squatted 100 if not more.  But good I'm taking it slow, I guess.  HUGE improvement in the Challenge Workout!  9 Rounds plus 5 Ring Rows and 7 pushups.  Pushups are still the killer for me, but I can feel myself getting better.  My rowing capacity hasn't really changed any.  I need to improve upon my rowing skillz for sure.  Always tend to zone out in a happy place when I row, I find it quite enjoyable which means I'm not really trying very hard.  Went from 30 calories to 33.  Kinda lame.  Need to work on it some more.

Its amazing to see how much stronger I've become during these past 2 cycles during the Challenge - I've made more progress (without backsliding) than I have in the whole past year.  Its really gratifying to see myself progress like this.  I can't wait to see where I am in April.
